🕒 Order Processing Schedule
Processing Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Closed on Sundays – Orders made on Sundays will be handled on Monday.
📅 Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 2–5 business days
Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days

🛍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and ready, our system will be updated with the tracking number which you can use to follow your parcel’s journey through the J&T Express website (https://www.jtexpress.ph/track-and-trace) or app.
