At Katutubo Shop, every product you purchase is handcrafted or homegrown by our partner farmers, artisans, and small-scale producers. Your order helps preserve Filipino heritage and directly supports local livelihoods.
📌 Order Policy
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-cancellable. Each item is made or prepared specifically for you, often in small batches or by hand, which makes cancellations or changes difficult and unfair to our producers.
Please double-check your order details — including shipping information, item selection, and quantity — before finalizing your purchase.
🔄 Return Policy
We generally do not accept returns, especially for the following reasons:
- Most of our items (coffee, food, herbal products, etc.) are consumable and cannot be restocked or resold.
2. Our local farmers and producers work on limited production — they do not operate in mass quantities, so a return would mean a loss for them.
🛠 Exceptions for Craft or Non-Food Items
If you received a non-consumable item (e.g., handicrafts or artisan goods) that has a clear defect or production error, we’re happy to work with you on a solution.
✅ A replacement may be possible, provided that:
- You notify us within 5 days of receiving the item
2. You send clear photos and details of the issue
3. You allow sufficient time for our local crafters to recreate or correct the item
🕐 Please understand that replacements are not immediate, as our producers may need to start from scratch to uphold their quality and traditional methods.
