Grown where the mountains of Benguet meet the early morning fog, Valley Mist comes from the highlands of Timoy, La Trinidad, at 1,500 MASL. Here, Arabica Bourbon and Typica trees thrive in cool air, slow mornings, and soil shaped by generations of careful farming.

This washed, light-roast coffee is clean and expressive. The first sip opens with a gentle licorice sweetness, followed by bright yellow fruit notes. As it cools, hints of grapefruit and star apple emerge, giving the cup a refreshing, crisp finish without overwhelming acidity.

Roasted to highlight clarity and balance, Valley Mist is ideal for pour-over, French press, or espresso, whether you enjoy quiet mornings or thoughtful conversations over coffee.
